About Me
My Experience
I graduated from University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in Linguistics. I have also done some post graduate work at California State University, Los Angeles in Communication Disorders. For over 10 years I have been in the hearing aid and medical industry as an office manager of a private practice audiology clinic.
My Skillset
I have a strong background in customer service skills and have also held numerous training and supervising positions. I am also adept at adapting to new technology trends and integrating them into business to increase efficiency. Being in the medical field, I also have experience with coding and insurance billing.
Personal
I am life long Californian and have lived in the Inland Empire, Central Coast and San Diego areas. I enjoy playing guitar, watching movies and listening to classic rock music, a passion passed on to me by my father. I'm also a fan of sports, particularly the NBA and NFL
